Consent Management

Capture, version and honour every consent

The Act does not accept a privacy policy as consent. It wants an itemised notice, a free and specific choice, and proof of what was shown at the moment a person said yes. This module produces all three, and keeps them retrievable years later.

What Consent Management does

Four capabilities that together close this obligation — and feed the same audit log every other module writes to.

Book a walkthrough
  • Itemised notices

Build purpose-level notices once and publish them across web, app and offline channels with version history intact.

  • Tamper-evident receipts

Every grant, refusal and withdrawal produces a signed receipt carrying the exact notice text the person saw.

  • Granular purposes

Consent is stored per purpose, so withdrawing marketing consent never silently breaks order fulfilment.

  • Withdrawal in one tap

Withdrawal is as easy as giving consent, as the Act requires, and propagates to downstream systems automatically.

  • Re-consent campaigns

Consent taken before the Act commenced must be refreshed. Run a campaign, track response, and keep serving only the people who said yes again.

  • Consent proof vault

Write-once storage for receipts, so the record you produce at audit cannot have been edited after the fact.

From zero to live consent management

  1. 115 min

    Import your purposes

Paste your existing privacy notice and we extract the purposes and data categories into a draft.

  2. 210 min

    Publish the notice

Pick languages, preview each one, publish to a hosted URL or embed the SDK.

  3. 35 min

    Start recording

One script tag and consent starts writing receipts against the exact notice version live at that moment.

What changes on day one

Without Consent Management

  • Consent is a boolean column with no record of what was shown
  • Nobody can answer what a user agreed to in March
  • Withdrawal means a support ticket and a manual database update

With Consent Management

  • Every grant carries the exact notice text and version
  • Any consent state at any past date, in seconds
  • Withdrawal propagates automatically and is evidenced

Common questions

Consent collected before the Act commenced remains valid only if it met the Act's standard. In practice most pre-2024 consent did not, which is why the re-consent campaign engine exists.

What the 30 minutes looks like

  1. 0–5Your stack, in your wordsWhere data lands today, and who already owns it.
  2. 5–15One real flow, mapped liveWe connect a sample source and build the map on the call.
  3. 15–25Where you are exposedThe gaps we can see, ranked — including the ones you already knew.
  4. 25–30Effort and costWhat closing them takes, and whether we are the right answer.

If we are not the right fit, we will say so on the call rather than three follow-ups later.
